Programme | The TechMed Event

Are you innovatively driven and do you have an inspiring demo, which you want to show to the TechMed community? During the TechMed Event, we offer you the opportunity to get a spot on the Experience Route from 12.00 pm until 4.00 pm. Visitors walk a route through the building, discovering various innovations, ideas, and other surprising elements along the way.

You are a researcher and/or a clinician.
This innovation should consist of a collaboration of at least 2 different organisations.
We challenge you to offer the visitor an inspiring activity or challenge at your spot (so no sales stand).
It is not allowed to set up a sales booth and leave it unattended.
We do not charge any fees for this spot.
You do need to purchase a ticket for the event.

Space and equipment

We have two different spaces available (open and enclosed spaces, see below). Please note that we provide you with a power outlet and one table or standing table at the location. You will need to arrange any other necessities yourself.

Which space do you prefer?

Enclosed space (accessible via door, connected to walking route), 3x4 meters.

Open space (on the balustrade, directly on the walkway), 3x1.5 meters.
