The Speakers

Natalia Korchakova-Heeb | Siemens Healthineers

Eng. Natalia Korchakova-Heeb is leading sustainability program in Enterprise Services, Siemens Healthineers, a global leading medical equipment company. She has extensive experience in sustainability and is a certified expert for IFC Edge Green Buildings and a certified climate resilience officer.  Her experience includes working for 14 years for the European Commission in Eastern Europe and private sector in Germany dealing with sustainable healthcare infrastructure, including sustainable healthcare PPPs. Natalia holds a Diploma in Environmental Management from Claude Bernard University (France) and is passionate about Sustainable Development Goals, in particular SDG.3 Health and Wellbeing and SDG.17 Partnerships.

Simon Jacobs | Gupta Strategics

Simon Jacobs is a consultant at Gupta Strategics with a multidisciplinary background in architecture (TU Eindhoven), strategic management, and philosophy (both cum laude from Radboud University). His studies—encompassing architecture, philosophy, and management—have shaped his approach: designing, questioning, and creating value worldwide. At Gupta, Simon applies these perspectives to tackle complex healthcare challenges, enhancing the quality of care in society.

Iris van Bemmel | FME

Iris van Bemmel is the Program Manager for Health and Care at FME, where she focuses on advancing the healthcare sector through innovative solutions and collaboration. With a strong background in healthcare management, Iris is dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by the industry and promoting sustainable practices. In her role, she works closely with stakeholders to develop programs that enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services. Iris is passionate about driving change in the health and care sector, leveraging her expertise to create impactful initiatives that benefit both providers and patients. Through her leadership at FME, she strives to foster partnerships and encourage innovation to improve health outcomes across the board.
